The villages of
Stoke St. Mary, Thurlbear and Orchard Portman, Somerset, England.

St. Michael's Church, Orchard Portman, from a water-colour by J. C. Buckler, 1832. The south aisle (the Portman aisle) was probably built in the 15th century by Walter and Christina Portman or as a memorial to them. It was demolished in 1844 and replaced in 1910 by a memorial chapel built by the Second Viscount Portman.
